How To Decorate For Halloween In A Pharmacy

1.  Take (1) cotton ball from stock bottle of medicine, (2) tissue, (3) rubber band, (4) Sharpie permaent marker and (5) scissors.

2.  Place cotton ball in center of tissue, and wrap tissue around cotton ball.

3.  Wrap rubber band over cotton ball, forming head.

4.  Color in 2 large circles (for the eyes).

5.  Cut long shreds on the bottom of the tissue.

6.  Enjoy.
